How are crappy animes like Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, and DBZ so successful?

They have have generic plot lines that drag out and are full of filler. They're all way too childish and the art is terrible. I just don't understand how anyone would like these excuses for good anime much less how they are as successful as they are.
