Any lunch box filler ideas?

My son starts school in September and will be taking a packed lunch. Any ideas for exciting lunch box fillers? Don't want to send the same thing every day and he's suddenly shown an interest in trying lots of new things so I'm going to strike while the iron is hot and start trying some new things now.
