Can you help me with Bleach questions?

After ep 310, when Aizen dies, what happens next? Are the next eps gonna be fillers or is the story line gonna change to something differnt. I noticed that one of the eps had " End of Arrancar Saga". So, is there gonna be a whole new plot? Also, what happen to Nel? Need to know so i can decide whether to watch the remianing eps or wait longer for there to be more eps
